General conditions


PAYMENT

For the final confirmation of your booking you must pay a percentage of the total amount by credit card or bank transfer. If you decide to make the payment by bank transfer, you must send the proof of payment by email to villas@villalia.es.

In the case of LANZAROTE, the percentage of booking confirmation will be 30% of the total amount. Once we have checked that the payment has been made, we will send you the booking confirmation by email and we will ask you to provide a credit card (Visa or Mastercard) for the security deposit.

The rest of the payment will be made 15 days before check-in by bank transfer or credit card. In the summer months of July and August, bookings will be fully paid 30 days before the day of arrival at the accommodation. If the final payment is not made in due time and form within 72 hours of the aforementioned date of final payment (15 days before/30 days before), Villalia reserves the right to cancel the booking without refund of the deposit paid.

For the ISLA DE LA TOJA, the percentage of the booking confirmation will be 50% of the total amount. Once we have checked that the payment has been made, we will send you the booking confirmation by e-mail and we will ask you to provide a credit card (Visa or Mastercard) for the security deposit.

If payment is made by bank transfer, proof of payment must be sent by email to villas@villalia.es.

The rest of the payment will be made 15 days before check-in by bank transfer. In the summer months of July and August, reservations will be fully paid 60 days before the day of arrival at the accommodation. If the final payment is not made in due time and form within 72 hours of the aforementioned date of final payment (15 days before/60 days before), Villalia reserves the right to cancel the booking without refund of the deposit paid.

 

ENTRY AND DEPARTURE

You will be given the keys (or the access code to the villa) in the accommodation after having charged the outstanding amount (if any) and you must provided, for the security deposit, the number of a credit card with expiration date.

We will not charge or block any amount of the card, but if after the departure there was something broken or damaged in the villa itself, you could be charged up to €150. After 7 days of the day of departure, the card data will be automatically deleted.

The entrance to the accommodation can be made after 3 p.m. If you wish to occupy the accommodation before you must contact us to request it, and we will consult with our staff.

The time to leave the accommodation on the day of departure will be at 10 a.m. If you want to leave the apartment later, contact us and we will let you know if it is possible.

FREE FLEXITIME SERVICE

This service is solely and exclusively for accommodation on the island of LANZAROTE.

  • IMPORTANT FLEXITIME CONDITIONS:

To benefit from this service, it is necessary and essential to have your schedules and flight numbers within a period not exceeding 7 days after making your reservation. Otherwise, your entrance will be from 3 pm and departure until 10am.

We are not responsible for flight changes that may occur later.

OCUPPATION

Children aged up to 2 years old will not count when calculating the price of the stay (but do count in the number of people).

It is totally forbidden to occupy the property with more people than declared when doing the booking.

Pets will be allowed when asking for authorization and if accepted. In case of violating any of this conditions, Villalia reserves the right of asking you to leave the property inmediately, without any compensation for the client.

 

CHANGES

All cancellations or changes must be notified written or by email.

No modification will be penalized, as long as it is communicated in advance. (This period is different in each destination and season). Changes will be accepted only if the availability of the accommodation allows it.

Given circumstances beyond control of the property (fire,failures,etc), if the property could not be offered, a change will be possible to other property with similar features. In any case, the client will be informed as soon as possible for him to decide to opt for a refund or not.

 

Prices and availability

The price and availability of our accommodations are updated in real time, that is, both the availability and price of an accommodation can vary in a matter of minutes. That's why we recommend that you make your reservation as soon as you see an accommodation that interests you... Because it is possible that, when you try to book it a few hours later, or the next day, it is no longer available or its price has changed. On the other hand, offers or rates at specific times are not retroactive on already confirmed reservations.

 

CLEANING

The client will be able to contract, in addition to the cleaning of entry and exit that are included in the price, all those who wish, after consulting. For stays of more than 7 nights you should check when the intermediate cleaning included in the price, according to destination and season.

On the day of departure the apartment must be in a reasonable cleaning condition. Otherwise, the amount equivalent to a cleaning service of the credit card that has been provided as a deposit will be deducted.

 

BEHAVIOUR

Loud music and parties are forbidden. The infringement of this rule could lead to an inmediate eviction of the property.

It is not permitted to smoke inside the property..

The client agrees to the correct use of the property, as well as respecting the basic rules of civil coexistence specially the ones related to the sleeping hours. It is not allowed to change the place of the furniture. The infringement of this obligations will be notified to the client.

Any extra person in the property must be notified to the company for the calculation of the price.

The property does not have luggage store, nore luggage or any other objects. Villalia does not respond to claims about losses or damages in the mentioned things..

CANCELATION CONDITIONS IN LANZAROTE

In the case of cancellations 15 days or more before the date of arrival at the accommodation, the full amount of the amount paid for the reservation of the villa will be refunded.

In the event of a cancellation less than 15 days before the date of arrival at the accommodation, the full amount of the reservation will NOT be refunded UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

On the other hand, reservations cancelled less than 24 hours after the reservation was made, if the guest completed the payment process by credit card or bank transfer, as soon as we receive the money will be refunded, as long as we receive the communication by email (villas@villalia.es) by the guest who wants to cancel the reservation, this notification must be made within the first 24 hours.

 

CANCELATTION CONDITIONS IN LA TOJA ISLAND

Cancellations that occur 60 days or more in advance of the date of entry into the accommodation will be returned the full amount of the amount delivered for the reservation of the villa.

In case there is a cancellation less than 60 days before the date of entry into the accommodation, the full amount of the reservation will NOT be returned UNDER ANY CONCEPT.

On the other hand, reservations cancelled less than 24 hours after the reservation was made, if the guest completed the payment process by credit card or bank transfer, as soon as we receive the money will be refunded, as long as we receive the communication by email (villas@villalia.es) from the guest who wants to cancel the reservation, this notification must be made within the first 24 hours.

Your personal information will be treated according to the data protection law and will not be given to third parties for commercial uses or any other uses.

 

Frequently asked questions

IS ALL CLEANING INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

In all the accommodations an initial and final cleaning will be carried out. In the stays of more than 7 nights, there are intermediate cleanings programmed, but it must be consulted according to the destination and season.

You can request more cleanings if you wish, after consulting.

ARE THERE ADDITIONAL FREE SERVICES?

We have a cot and highchair without extra cost per accommodation, which the client must request at the time of formalizing the reservation.

If you need more than one cot and highchair, you will have an additional cost.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

Villalia reserves the right to admit pets in the properties. The client must make a request in the booking.

IS THERE ANY DISCOUNT FOR CHILDREN?

Children more than 2 years old will be considered as adults. Younger children will not be considered when calculating the price of the stay.
