**With our exclusive FLEXITIME service you will be able to CHECK-IN from 11:00h and CHECK-OUT until 16:00h and it won't cost you anything. To benefit from this service it is necessary and essential to have your flight times and flight numbers within 48 hours after making your booking. Otherwise, the FLEXITIME will NOT be applied and your check-in time will be from 15h00 and your check-out time on the last day will be until 10h00.

This 3-bedroom duplex is only 300 metres from the beach and enjoys wonderful views of the natural monument of Los Ajaches from the balconies of the villa and from the swimming pool. Upstairs you will find a bedroom with a double bed of 1.50 x 1.90 and en suite bathroom with two sinks and bathtub and a bedroom with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have balconies with views. On this floor there is a second bathroom with bathtub.
On the lower floor you will find a modern and comfortable living room, very bright and equipped with air conditioning and Smart Tv. The living room has a separate dining area and has direct access to the pool which is an advantage if you are travelling with children as they can be supervised at all times. On this floor you will also find an independent kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances and a very complete kitchenware for those who love cooking. Finally, there is a third bedroom with bunk beds and a toilet.
The villa Alexia is equipped with services such as satellite TV, wifi and private parking.
The exterior is very cosy and is equipped with quality furniture, comfortable sunbeds, table, chairs and pergola for shade. The pool area is protected by a stone wall for those who want to enjoy total privacy during their holidays. The villa has a barbecue.

Comfortable, homely villa in a great location. Super close to a supermarket, and a 15-20 minute walk to the marina for dinner and drinks. The pool was a great bonus and it was heated to a comfortable temperature. Thoughtful touches made it a great stsee more

It is spacious, clean and comfortable, and the pool area was fantastic for swims, sunbathing and just enjoying breakfast outside. The location was ideal for us, near a big supermarket for provisions but a short coastal path to the busier parts of thesee more
It is spacious, clean and comfortable, and the pool area was fantastic for swims, sunbathing and just enjoying breakfast outside. The location was ideal for us, near a big supermarket for provisions but a short coastal path to the busier parts of the area. This meant it was very peaceful and we enjoyed strolling to/from the beach in Playa Blanca and dinner at the marina, where there are amazing restaurants and beautiful sunsets. We were totally fine without a car. Netflix was a nice bonus.
